Company founded by Sidney N. Shure in 1925 as Shure Radio Company, became in 1932 one of the 4 microphone manufacturers in the United States. In 1936 he introduced his first condenser microphone. In 1939 presents its model 55 Unidyne, the first unidirectional microphone, the most recognized of the World. From then until now, Shure is a leader in microphone innovation and development.
